Installing Contentor on Apache version 2
Add the following line to the beginning of the .htaccess file:
AcceptPathInfo on
I also had to turn off Internet Explorer's 'Show friendly HTTP error messages' due to an intermittent error page when browsing to a page not yet entered created in the database.
