Contentor has an included forms processor, "formproc.php" that can send the form's contents to an e-mail address and/or save the data in a database.
It is protected from being used by spammers by requiring the allowed recipient's e-mail address to be set up in the system configuration.
A small amount of HTML editing skill is needed to create a new form, as i do not (yet) have an automated forms generator set-up. Check http://contentor.net/index/help/forms for further details and developments.
