This page does not show up on the sub menu under 'Links' because the 'sub menu order' is set to '-1'.
Otherwise, this is a regular page, just like the others - it just doesn't show up on the menu, requiring a manually-generated link on some other page, in this case, on the '/links' page, section 2, and included on these sub pages with the 'include' tag.
